Zapotec wool rug, 'Window in the Sky' (2.5x5)

Centered by a window of creamy white, fields of blue suggest the vast Mexican sky. Mario Ch�vez weaves this elegant rug on the traditional Zapotec handloom. Named "Pilares" in Spanish, it is crafted of virgin wool tinted with natural dyes. Because each rug is individually woven, measurements could vary +/- 3 cm.
